What can I say that hasn't already been said?
What can I play that hasn't already been played?
Is the house of Jazz still open?
Is the book of Jazz still unwritten?
My music is simple.
Wood, steel, air. Hands, fingers, heart.
Nothing new. Or is it all new?
It's Jazz, in my own way.
I'm humbled by past masters, but not held back.
This is a tribute, a move forward.
Offering my soul to the listener.
Adding something to the history,
writing my own chapter.
